RETURN POLICY

Pre-loved Handbags and Accessories are not returnable. All sales are final.

Please inspect all pictures carefully and request additional images if needed prior to purchase. All additional image requests should be directed to trish@luxelamour.com and a response can be expected within 24 hours. Please be mindful that these are pre-loved items and as such, will have varying degrees of wear and tear. All efforts are made to disclose any noticeable flaws or wear and tear.

Returns will be considered under the following conditions:

• Item received is a different item than purchased.
• Item has SIGNIFICANT flaws or issues not disclosed in description.
• Item is proven to be fake. In such cases, please send proof non-authentic finding from a reputable authentication service to trish@luxelamour.com. Authenticity is always 100% guaranteed.

If you believe we have made an error on your purchase, please contact us at trish@luxelamour.com as soon as possible. We will provide a return label and the item must be shipped within three days of return approval. ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THREE DAYS OF ITEM DELIVERY and must be made in writing to trish@luxelamour.com.

As all products are vintage and/or pre-loved, Luxe L’Amour LLC makes no expressed or implied warranties on our products.

Please be aware that when returning, shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
